ORDERS:

Most of siriousdesign jewelry pieces are handmade to order and take approximately 4-8 weeks to complete. All jewelry is created by hand by me, Siri. I will work hard to get it to you as soon as possible without compromising quality. If you are concerned about timing, please let me know BEFORE PURCHASE, and I will provide a better idea of how long it will take to make a specific piece.

Should there be an item available and ready to ship in the size needed, the order will be processed promptly and shipped upon payment clearing.

Please, kindly make 100% certain that you know your ring size prior to placing an order. Depending on the design of the ring, it may be impossible to change the size of the ring after it’s been made. Please have your finger measured with a ring sizer. Most jewelers provide this service for free. Sirious Design uses US standard ring sizes.

SHIPPING:

You will receive an expected processing and ship date upon placing your order. All jewelry is shipped from San Diego, CA.

Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.)

Sirious Design offers complementary domestic USPS Priority Mail shipping. Jewelry packages are insured and will require an adult signature upon delivery.

Some high value items such as gold rings and items with diamonds or other precious stones will be sent via USPS Registered Mail for added security.

A shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent via email once your order is en route. Priority mail shipping usually takes 2-4 days, but may take up to 6 business days during the peak holiday season. Expedited shipping with an alternate carrier can be arranged per agreement, and with an additional shipping charge.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Sirious Design does not offer free shipping on goods shipped outside of the United States. International shipping costs are determined by the carrier. You can email siri@siriousdesign.com with your address and item(s) you wish to purchase to receive an estimated shipping quote. Please note that all international packages are subject to taxes and duties upon delivery in your territory. Shipping quotes EXCLUDE duties and taxes imposed by the importing country. Sirious Design will not be responsible for time lost or cost incurred by clearing your items through customs.

Depending on your location and the value of the item, FedEx or UPS may be used. Please allow up to 14 days for shipping and 45 days for customs hold. All duties and fees incurred by customs are the buyers responsibility. Orders that are not claimed for non payment of customs duties are NOT under any circumstances the responsibility of Sirious Design.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IN SOME COUNTRIES, ITEMS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS FEES THAT YOU (THE BUYER) WILL BE ASKED TO PAY FOR. IT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY THESE FEES AND IT IS ENTIRELY OUT OF MY CONTROL. PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS INFORMATION BEFORE MAKING AN INTERNATIONAL PURCHASE

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

My goal is for you to have a great customer experience so please let me know if there is anything wrong and I will work with you to resolve the issue!

You MUST contact me to initiate a return or exchange. Sirious Design reserves the right to refuse packages that are sent without prior knowledge. I do not offer refunds for shipping costs, credit fees or items damaged in shipping. If your items are damaged upon arrival, please take detailed photos of the outside of the box as well as the packaging materials and damaged item(s). Email siri@siriousdesign.com within seven days of delivery.

Please return items in their original condition (unaltered). If mailing back to me, please make sure items are securely packaged in a bubble mailer or box to prevent damage. All returns must be mailed with traceable tracking and the buyer must provide proof of this tracking (tracking number).

I cannot be responsible for the USPS or other carrier losing or misplacing your package. If you did not receive your order please contact me any time. I will try my best to help you track it down, but I cannot replace it!

Resized or customized items and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Jewelry will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit if it is damaged or shows signs of wear. Deposits are nonrefundable and will be converted to store credit if the remaining balance has not been paid in full.

PAYMENT:

A 50% deposit is required to begin production on a Sirious Design custom or made-to-order jewelry piece. Unless prior arrangements have been made, final payment is due within seven days of notification that the piece is complete.

I accept Paypal and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), via the PayPal payment portal. Paypal is a secure payment portal and I will never see any personal information. Payment in full is due prior to shipping. I will contact you if there is a problem with your payment.
